She's fleshed out and thoughtful, her voice is cute with that little accent, and she has actual noble motivations.
After, she asks the player character to meet her in Diamond City, where she reveals her plan to break into the Diamond City strongroom under the mayor's office. I've tried calling to Kit to my location but she still won't follow me. I have tried reloading an earlier save and it is consistent.
